If I bought an 2500 and slipped a 3Com Ethernet board on the IBM side, could I run the 3Com etherlink software? What I mean is, does the 2500 (with bridgeboard) fully support IBM compatibility? Could I use it in Amiga mode at all? --mikie--

I don't know for sure (as I haven't done it), but people on Usenet have discussed it, and are (apparently) doing just that. You should have full IBM compatibility, along with full Amiga functionality. ~Steve |
