    I was wondering if anybody could help me ...
    
    I have a printer that I was given for free that is only serial and only
    does 600 baud. Unfortunately preferences does'nt have this as one of
    its speed settings.
    
    Now I now that the amy hardware can do this speed no problem the only
    thing is how do I modify the system-configuration file so the serial
    port runs at 600. Is is just a matter of changing a byte or too in this
    file.
