    I have read through most of the entries within this conference and it
    appears to have a very large and wide audience (and a lot of expertise).
    
    There are many notes around the use of VR241 monitors etc. and I would
    like to pose the following questions ....
    
    A colleague (Non DIGITAL) has at his disposal, the following equipment..
    
    VR241A   Monitor
    VS240-A  Graphics Controller ?
    LK201AE  Keyboard
    
    He is seriously considering purchasing an Amiga 500, and came to me
    with the question , can he use any of his DEC equipment, with the
    AMIGA, in any shape or form ?
    
    Can any reader of this conference give me a complete overview of what
    he can or cannot use and what to modify (cables, set ups etc.) without
    having to spend hours sifting through entries in this conference ?

You can use the VR241 monitor and LK201 keyboard.  You will need 
a special cable.  Do a DIR/TIT=241 to find the note with the 
cable configuration and other info.

Works great, but HI-RES really flickers.

       Sorry for jumping into the middle of this, but I have yet to see a
       note or response to a note where anyone has announced that they
       ACTUALLY HAVE an LK201 attached to their AMIGA and it works.
       
       There have been may pleas for help and some very intelligent
       pointers and tips on how to go about it (see notes 557 and 2899
       for starters) but unless I'm missing something - the 'trail'
       always seems to stop cold.

Whoops, I wasn't thinking.  I only use the VR241 and not the 
LK201 with my Amiga.  I use so many terminals that I got 
confused...
