| | Go to your local Reproduction Center (in DEC) and give them the part
number of that board. They can pull and print the entire schematic set for you.

| 2946.2 | VAXstation 2000 memory usable? | WHAMMY::SPODARYK | Scaring the pedestrians... | Fri Jun 22 1990 11:39 | 16 |
| | Would it be possible to use memory from a VAXstation 2000 in any of the
commercial expanders? Has anyone built their own (not that I could)?
The actual chips appear to be of the 256kbit type, but are a bit odd.
They are small, and have pins on all 4 sides. The chip markings are:
8810 U22n
 o Japan
21 21414 22
I assume that they're at least 120ns. Any ideas?
Steve

| | Has anybody managed to create a board that will controll the memory of
a microVAX yet?? If somebody has I would be interested in obtaining the
circuit diagramme, as I have recently come into possesion of a 2 Mb
memory board for the microVAX and would like to try and get it going on
    my A500.
    Any reply greatly appreciated.
    Mark.

I believe the answer to be no....

I'd sell it and buy a cup of coffee with the proceeds.
