Hello again!
Can anyone give me a rough Idea what to do in sculpt-3d?
I can't get anywhere, as I haven't got any instructions.
I can create an object, but can't colour it in or anything. There
are a few pics saved on the disc, is there anyway I can load them
to edit them?
I'm just totally lost! Help!
Thanks,
Rob.b.

I think you identified your most serious problem in .0---you haven't
got any instructions. Why not? (I am insinuating that you haven't
got any instructions because you don't have a legitimate copy of the
product.)

Hi John,
The manual is being returned to the company, as pages were missing.

Hi Rob, First of all, yes you can edit the pics on the disk if the
filename.SCENE is there. .IMAGE is the image itself and .SCENE is
the scketch.
Let's go true a little tutorial, First of all go in the ADD menu
and add a circle. Now the circle that you see is like two
dimensional because it only as an edge and no surface. In order
to do that, put the cursor on one of the dot that surrounds the
circle and go in the SELECT menu and do select INDICATED VERTICIES.
After that go in the DO menu and do FILL, you'll see the circle be
filled with lines. You've just added the third dimension on the circle.
All you gotta do now is add a light and position yourself, not too
close because you'll only see the circle and not too far because
it will be too small, then set your PAINT MODE to PAINTING and START.
Normally you should see the circle in the default color, to set
the color you want, just after you have selected INDICATED VERTICIES,
set the color you want in the COLOR menu , after that go in the
MODIFY menu and do MODIFY COLOR OF INDICATED VERTICIES. Do a START
again and the circle should be the color you've chosen.
Well it's really not easy to explain like this but, this should
work.Oh yes, in PAINT MODE you only got 32 colors so if you want
4096 colors you have to select SNAPSHOT or PHOTO MODE.
Well try that and tell me if it worked..
See ya.

Stephane,
Well I did what you had told me to do, but no luck I'm afraid.
I did notice that some of the comands from the Pull down menus
were different.
I managed to get the picture of a circle with the lines coming out,
but couldn't colour it in.
Thanks,
Rob.b.

re .5
The editing display is always a wire frame. To see color you
must render the picture.
