2895.2which game?WJG::GUINEAUWed Dec 12 1990 13:1315
I've been thinking about getting another *good* graphics adventure
type game again now that the Christmas Vacation hours are getting near...

My friend showed me Kings Quest V on a 386 PC with 512K VGA (NICE!!!)
and it seemed like a real neat game.

I've seen Kings Quest I - IV in stores but not V. Is V available for
Amiga yet? On the PC it looked like real poeple/landscapes etc. On the
KW 1-4 packages for Amiga it's cartoon-like graphics.

I was also looking at War in Midle Earth. Anyone have comments
on this one?

    John,
I got War in Middle Earth about a year ago. I confess to not
having played it much simply because you have to physically disable any
expansion memory you have in order to get it to run. (ie. you have to
get back to a bog standard 512k A500)

John,

Check out Future Wars or Operation Stealth, notes in here somewhere.

Great graphics adventures.

The company is working on another one which is better than both these
with double height characters then!!

Operation Stealth is now available here in the US. I bought a copy the
other day at the Memory Location. However, it is called "James Bond:
The Stealth Affair". I can't comment on it because it is a Christmas
present for my son so I haven't opened it yet. We loved its
predecessor, Future Wars, and the reviews in here indicate it is
    better.
