    Yesterday I got a phone call from Ross Porter of B.E.S.T.  I called him
    back on the 800- number he left, and got connected to him right away.
    He had received the Plan/IT bug report I sent, and was calling me
    to tell me that he had reproduced my problem, even using the most
    recent version of Plan/IT, and would be sending my bug report on to
    the developers.  He will be sending me the latest copy of Plan/IT,
    and returning my $5 check.  He will also let me know when a version
    which fixes the bug I reported is available.
    
    I consider this very good service, comparable to that provided by DEC
    through its Customer Service Centers.  I admit I made things as easy
    for him as possible: I sent a data disk with two copies of a data file,
    and described, keystroke by keystroke, how to reproduce the problem.
    Nevertheless, I consider this superior service, and I want everyone
    to know that I was treated well.  I wouldn't hesitate to buy a product
    that was distributed by B.E.S.T.
