| Macview will do what you want. It will turn IFF files into
MacPaint files, and MacPaint files into IFF files. The only
problems I've encountered are files created with other Mac paint
programs. Macview will not work with them.
There should be a copy of it floating around somewhere on the
network. It is readily available from other places like Plink.

| Unless I'm missing something, MacView _won't_ do IFF -> MacDraw
format. It is a decent MacDraw viewer, and is able to then
capture the image in IFF, but won't do the reverse.

| MacDraw is a structured drawing program, not a paint program.
MacView does convert IFF files to MacPaint files. Maybe MacDraw
has a facility for importing MacPaint files as objects, but I
doubt it.

| MacDraw will read a MacPaint image, which it then treats as a single
"object".
