Can anybody help me with an LA50 Driver. I am a terminal Engineer
in Australia with no acces to DCL; I don't have kermit and I don't
have a clue how to download files from the network into my amiga.
I need a LA50 driver that can print graphics. If it is best I'll
send a disk throught internal mail.

P.S. It seems a shame that I can't download anything as ther seem to
be some really good files around.

Steve Peters has written an LA50 driver that does graphics dumps, but I
believe it only works using the AmigaDos 1.2 printer.device, which WILL
work, but not give as good results as the 1.3 printer.device.
E-mail me and I'll arrange to get you a disk with the LA50 driver on it
and a host of other PD software.

it would probably be quicker if I offered to help, the internal mail
between Adelaide and Brisbane can't be that slow !

Good News --- I have managed to get a VT100 (v2.0 of Dave's emulator)
It wood be nice to download some files myself (I'll ask a friend to
use his DCL account). Does anybody know how I use this VT100 emulator
to download files.
Thanks to all for the offers on the LA50 Driver.I'll take Mike McGhie
up on his offer as Adelaide is a lot closer than America.
