    I mentioned this in an earlier note but think it deserves a topic
    of its own.
    
    I recently purchased a Panasonic KX-P1180 dot-matrix printer
    and cant seem to print any files off my Deluxepaint disk.
    Every time I try the machine guru's
    
    I select/load the picture...then select print/select grey
    format - then as soon as I say print it (after I checked printer
    has paper and is online) it dies...
    
    I lost My dpaint manual some months ago when I shifted house
    and I'm stumped - can anyone offer any advice please...
    
    PS: The product is DELUXEPAINT II
