Is there a way to do on the Amiga what assigning a file to SYS$OUTPUT does on the VAX? I thought ">" would do this, but it doesn't. I'd like the output that a program sends to the screen to go to a file. Thanks. Mitch

The > should work but it MUST ne the second entity on the command line for DOS to detect it: dir >c_src.list #?.c You can use < to redirect input as well. John | |||||

Ah. The problem was I was putting the > after the whole command line and not just after the first word. Thanks. Mitch |
