| Ian,
I have had my AMI for about 2 months and have added 1/2 meg
of memory, there seams to be a lot of heat from the P.S.U. but every
thing is O.K.

A sales person in Selfidges told me that they had had alot of
returns because of the PSU fault. Also after further research I
have been told by someone else that the latest Amiga power supplies
were giving out only 2.5v instead of 5v but I don't know if this
is true or not. This would mean that it would be hard to power an
Amiga with another disc drive and another 512k with one of these
`crud' P.S.U.
Surley CBM would be losing more money because of returns than
they would save by cutting down on (more) expensive p.s.u's
