2356.0. "large DB corruption?" by TALLME::DONAHUE (It's good to be alive) Sun Mar 12 1989 21:13
I have a friend using omegafile and he has a database that fills half
a disk. This data undergoes weekly additions, deletions, and sorts,
(about 1500-2000) records for mailing labels. Recently, the database
seems to have been corrupted so that he can't add records reliably,
(the records don't display properly).
Coincindently, another DB program used prior to this started
duplicating records and exhibiting DB corruption too.
Are there any known problems with large files that undergo this kind
of activity?
Thanks in advance.
Drew
