| I've had the same problem. I've also noticed another, more mysterious
problem. I'll be zipping along reading notes, hit 'next unseen',and
might as well go home for the day because notes just hangs on me.
Control-c has no effect, so I end up control-y'ing out of notes.
If I get back into the conference, notes will invariably hang again
AT THE SAME NOTE! I have found that I can usually get around this
by exiting after reading the problem note, and then immediately
reopening the conference. Anyone else seen this?

I'm in Littleton (LTN1) and I have intermittent problems. Usually
resulting in "Network Aborted Logical Link". Started about
a week ago.

Almost exactly what I'm seeing! Sometimes it 'hangs' and if I Ctrl/Y out, do
a $STOP, and open the conference it works ok. It does seem to happen most
on NEXT UNSEEN, but I'm not sure if that is always the case.

| I'm reading from Ireland, and I have no problems, in fact it's quite
fast. However I always read early in the morning, which would be
5-6 A.M. Eastern time.
