Program manuals are just as copywritten as the software. It would
be illegal to photocopy someone else's manual, so he may have to
write to Electronic Arts to get assistance. I imagine that EA would
require some proof of purchase, such as an original floppy or a
box label.

When I sold Pagesetter to a friend the publisher "Gold Disk"
transferred support to him at my request.I am not sure if EA does
this for support or not.You will probably have to contact them as
suggested in the previous note reply. One lesson learned by me through
the notes file is to guard you manuals with your life.I almost lost
my code wheel for Falcon.I don't have deluxe music, but in order
to upgrade Deluxe Paint through EA you have to send in the Cover
of the current manual.I noticed that the card enclosed in Deluxe
Paint was not very well thought out ie:no product serial # etc. This
tends to indicate the manual IS VERY IMPORTANT to EA's registration
process.Let us know what EA has to say.
