Has anyone posted the Lattice C 5.02 patch to the net?

I am looking for the patch too.However the fact that Lattice won't
give you access to it on their BBS unless you have had your
registration approved(processed by them)would tend to indicate it
is something that mat not be able to be posted to the net.It is
frusturating that one has to wait for them to complete their end
of resistration,but at least once this is done we should get 5.02
sent out to us.I may call lattice on this matter.Then I can forward
their meassage to this note.

I just called lattice and here's what I was told.The patch for 5.02
is not PD an cannot be posted outside their BBS.They did say
that the update has first priority.I asked if the patch for 5.01
was required and the reply was "no".It seems 5.01 was a preliminary
release posted to the BBS but not sent out.From the conversation
it seems 5.02 will be more than a mere patch.It looks like it will
take a disk at least.

I called Lattice on Feb. 13 about about registration procedures. They told me that had just that morning started shipping the 5.02 update free of charge to all registered owners. I expect that all V5.0 owners will have the patch RSN. | |||||
