I heard an ad on WBCN last night during rush hour and again this morning. The ad was by "The Memory Location". They were advertising "The AMIGA 2500 WORKSTATION"!!! I thought it was a very technical description for a radio ad, something like "The AMIGA 2500 has a 68020 processor, 68881 math co-processor, 2 megabytes of 32-bit wide RAM plus a 40 meg hard-drive." I wonder if Commodore is supporting this kind of advertising, or if Memory Location just did it on their own.

A fairly large A500 ad has been appearing in the Sci-Tech section of the Monday Boston Globe. The copy says something along the lines of "great technology, and fun, too". This is the only computer ad to appear in this section. They're usually over in the business section. - Cliff |
