I found a clever program called 'SpectroGram' that performs a 256 point FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) on any IFF sound sample and creates a voiceprint plot, which is essentially a frequency-time plot. You can scroll the plot, play back the sample at either it's original frequency or adjust to frequency to amuse yourself. Another fine example of great Amiga free-ware. I've uploaded the file to NORSE""::AMIGA:[UPLOAD]. The file is called GRAM.ARC and is in fixed length 128 byte format for XMODEM downloading. Enjoy. Ed.

no, anyway - it's in NORSE""::AMIGA:[SOUNDS] now I've created a new directory for 'sound' related material that doesn't fit into 'MUSIC' Martin |
