    I'm using a Barco GD33 monitor with my A500, and recently it's been
    getting a little flaky - the red wavers and the power supply makes a
    clunking noise when I turn it on.  Field Service at our site
    (Tewksbury) won't touch these monitors.  I was told that Barco has to
    do the servicing and that the field service group at a given site has
    to have a maintenance agreement with Barco in order for the work to
    be done.  Our group doesn't have such an agreement - I think this
    particular GD33 is just a left over from the Gigi era (remember those?). 

    Does anyone have any idea how I can get this monitor fixed (without 
    paying for it myself)?
