    If I try to list the directory tape::user1:[amiga.pictures] I get
    the message: no privilege for attempted operation
    
    Is this part of the directory not public or why is it read-protected?

    How do we view the pictures in this directory ?
    
    I noticed three extensions: .six, .post, .reg

    interesting...(I haven't poked through all the files there yet)
    
    .six probably means sixel (type it on a VT240 or VT330, VT340, VT125)
    
    .reg probably means regis (see above)
    
    .post means postscript print on a LN03R or LPS40.  Or if you have
    			 a postscript previewer on your VAXstation or
    			 Amiga then view it that way.
