If there are any PC Pursuit users here you will be quite surprised
if you call their support BBS and read about their new pricing
structure which is due to take effect on February 1. They are doing
away with the $25/month flat rate and are replacing it with a $30/month
minimum charge and a $4.50/hour charge for all hours used over the
first 30. This will include time which is spent dialing busy bbs'es;
as the clock starts running as soon as you connect to a remote city.
I urge anyone who subscribes to this service to call the support
BBS and strongly protest to the management this multi-hundred percent
increase in rates for the average user. If the decision is not repealed
I am afraid it will spell the end to the service.
