Spoke to Discovery Software about the Maurader Rumors. They told me:

- Maurader II is no longer a product.  They stopped shipping it to
  dealers in June and when available copies are gone, that's it.
  The reason: "in the best interrest for their company".  They were
  told by major distributors that their products would not be handled
  if they didn't drop Maurader because it promoted piracy.  The folks
  at Discovery feel they have 5 other successfull products with a 
  lot more in the works and sacrificing Maurader in favor of better
  distribution relationships was what they've decided to do.

- They ARE doing a brain file #11 which he described as "dramatically
  improved/larger".  This will be the LAST brain file they produce
  and all registered owners will be notified when it's available
  (will not be available till sometime this spring).
