"TVs AND PCs: IT COULD BE A VERY HAPPY MARRIAGE"
...The Amiga from Commodore International Ltd. is already a hit with
low-budget video producers. They use the personal computer, which was
designed to accept video signals directly from tape players and other
sources to "paint" and edit videotaped images and to create titles.
Now, Commodore has hired Computer Graphics Laboratory Inc. in Roslyn
Heights, N.Y., to further improve the machine video skills. The latest
product: an add-in graphics processor with the power of a small
supercomputer.
