1824.0. "VLT - a VT100/Tek 4014 Terminal Emulator" by NAC::PLOUFF (Cider Season Has Begun) Thu Oct 27 1988 10:10
Here's another full-featured terminal emulator. VLT emulates a VT100
as well as Tektronix 4014. In addition, the program has some
non-standard color options in VT100 mode, and recognizes some Tektronix
4015 commands. It has an excellent XMODEM file transfer implementation
including 1K blocks -- much faster than Kermit.
VLT version 3.649 can be found at
TAPE::USER1:[AMIGA.ARC]VLT*.*
There are three files. The ARC file contains an 'execute.me' file
which configures a disk properly for VLT. The ZOO file plus
VLTSTORY.TXT provide the same set of files, so you can choose your
unpacking method.
VLT needs files in several directories, just like Meshugena. I
recommend putting it on its own bootable disk. Sorry, the fancy
TeX-ified version of the manual was not included on the disk I
received.

| Doing a directory just a moment ago showed these files as world
read. Also, forget about the ZOO version. Looks like the proprietor
chose to keep only one version.

I fixed the protection problem this morning. I have moved the
ZOO file to a new directory.
