Not sure if this warrants a new note - but what the heck. I have seen reference on the USENET to 1.3 and ARP, with comments such as "can't wait until ARP for 1.3 is released", "when can we expect to see ARP for 1.3", etc. Is there a problem with the current version of ARP running under KS and WB 1.3? (I haven't got 1.3 yet so can't experiment.) Art

ARP in its current version runs fine on V1.3. A new ARP will be released in December according to Charlie Heath.

Re: .0 I think that the "problem" is that the standard AmigaDOS commands now have a lot of new options missing in the ARP equivalents.

Thanks for the input, I would have hated to go back to #? wildcarding. Sounds like we run with a 'mixed bag' until ARP catches up to 1.3 . Art |
