    This is the "do everything" file viewer. It has wipes, fades, and
    other special effects. It even displays text files with colored
    background and a shadowed fonts. Superb shareware that really shows
    off the Amiga.

	I started exclusively using showiz as soon as I could grab it off the net. However a problem has now reared its ugly head. Showiz won't work on my 3 meg, Kickstart 1.3 Amiga 2000. It will apparently read the file in but the whole screen turns black and there is apparently no way to clear it short of a warm boot. I'm guessing the problem is with kickstart 1.3 although that doesn't really make sense. I haven't changed anything else on the system that I used to have on my 1.5 meg A1000. I'd appreciate it if anyone else could try using showiz with kickstart 1.3; I hate to drop back to using some other display utility.

	It works fine with Wb 1.3. I don't have V1.3 roms though to try it.

	I have just tried SHOWIZ on both machines (A500 w 1meg/CLTD Disk) (A2000 w/5 meg /many disks) both have WB 1.3 and 1.3 ROM. Everything works like before. John

	I wonder what the problem could be on my machine... I have a 2000 with 3 meg, no hard drive, 1.3 ks but 1.2 wb still. Any time I try to use showiz you can see it read the file from the floppy and the screen just turns black. It's interesting that I can blindly grab the top of the screen and pull it down to see the other screens behind this one, but the machine is useless at this point. I should have my 1.3 wb tomorrow, maybe this configuration will work but I don't have much faith.
