    Does anyone know of a likely source for the Libraries & Devices
    manual?
    
    I've had one order now for over two months only to find that it
    is in reprint and the mail order houses will not quote a delivery
    date (or sometimes even take the order).
    
    Is there a reasonable alternative to the Addison Wessley version?
    
    I would be happy to buy a used (but readable) volume if anyone wants
    to get rid of one.
