Since moving my Supra drive from home to work I've been having some
frightening problems. I did park the drive before I moved it.
Since moving it I've been getting alot of read errors. I've been
replacing each corrupted file as I encounter them, this seems to
be working fine.
THE SCARY PART: After leaving my drive running for a couple of
hours, the busy light comes on and stays on. The next time I try
to access the Supra the whole system lock up and I must reboot!
Is this a temperature problem? I have the 20mb Supra (without the
fan). Any advice???

Paul:
Go back a ways to the note entitled 'A New Hard Drive Owner' for
instructions on where to get and how to install a fan. My Supra
performed flawlessly for a year once I had installed my own fan.

Right, any vendor who plugs a hard drive in a little box, with a power supply and NO fan deserves what they get - unfortunetly the customer doesn't deserve the hassel! John | |||||
