Can anybody point me to a location on easynet where to find a new version of SECTORAMA (disk sector editor)?? I have the sec program from fish #102, (18840 bytes long, no version number in it) - copied from the fish collection of MVCAD3:: - It seems reliable for the first 2 partitions only and produces read errors on the partition where it got started from when looking at 3rd and higher partition. As far as I remember someone in Amiga_usenet notes mentioned a newer version with about 20000 bytes in length. It should handle multiple partioned harddisks correctly. Maybe I'm wrong with that, but scanning this huuuge notes file from over here is a bit painful... Thanks, hrk

re: .0 I to would like to find the latest version. Right now I'm using DiskX by Steve Tibbets(sp?). All in all a pretty good program but making mods to files throws off the checksum and I understand that Sectorama recalculates the checksum for you. I guess my question should read: "Did you ever find a current version on the Easy Net?" Bob

re: .1 Yes and no - yes, I got a new (HD usable) Sectorama version and no, I didn't find it on the Easynet. I'll upload it over the weekend, but - I don't want to start another collection of amiga stuff on the Easynet - so where to send it???? (MVCAD3, PAULY, CGOU01 etc etc etc...) Horst

> (MVCAD3, PAULY, CGOU01 etc etc etc...) Feel free to put it on WJG::AMIGA: - There's still lots of space on that disk (~147K blocks). John |
