    Does anyone here have experience with a Lattice library called 
    DBCII.  It is supposed to be a library of utilities for database
    management.  
    
    I'm looking for a database management tool that has a callable
    interface (ALA VAX/RDB).  I would like to be able to imbed a
    relational model in a 'C' application yet still have access
    to that data from something like SuperBase for DB mainteneance.
    
    All the ADS for DB products are really fuzzy on the 'language'
    capabilities
