I have an AMIGA 2000 which is supposed to have a built in clock.
I also thought that the clock had a battery backup. Does any one
know if this is true, if it is then mine does not work.
Thank You For Your Support

Yes, it is true. The Amiga 2000 has a battery backed up clock.
Note that you need to execute this command to load the clock's
time into the system.
1> Setclock opt load
This assumes that the command setclock is in your C: directory.
I think the above incantation (opt load) is correct. The command
is definately Setclock. Typically, the startup-sequency file in
S: has this command somewhere in it. At least the default
startup-sequence file I got with my workbench disk had it.

re.0+.1
You have to set the time first....setclock opt save....and put the
setclock opt load command in your startup-sequence!
Also, if you haven't already....you have to leave your system on
for some number of hours to charge the battery the first time!
Its in the documentation for the module!
