| OK, fess up... where'd you get the 1.3 printer drivers? They're
not supposed to be released for a few more weeks, which translates
to a few more months...

I've noticed an occasional lock-up lately. So Mach15 is the culprit...
I'd be grateful for Mach16.
Thanks,

I'm assuming this is a bbs? Do you know where it's physically located
(ie is it PC-Pursuitable)?

as for during the day access...so far its not been a big problem,
but keep it with in reason...I hate to see 4 or 5 links to a single
machine/person!...and as always, if something goes "wacko" (love
these technical terms :-)...I may kill the link....

| I have deleted PRINTDE.ARC since it is suspected to be pirated from
an Amiga developer. It actually might not be V1.3 at all, but rather
the V1.2 drivers for new printers that CBM recently posted to the
usenet. At any rate, I have deleted it.

1178.8 | New Epson LQ Printer Driver | DICKNS::MACDONALD | WA1OMM Listening 52.525 | Fri Mar 04 1988 08:53 | 14 |
| I have added a revised version of the Epson LQ series printer drivers
to PAULY"AMIGA"::EPSONLQ.ARC.
The latest is bug-free (as was the last) and automatically switches
to UNIdirectional printing in graphics to provide the highest quality
output. As with the previous version, 4 density modes are selectable
including 90x90 180x90 180x180 360x180. The resolution is excellent
on the 24-pin LQ series printers. Two drivers are supplied, the
LQ800/850 and the LQ1000/1050. They are reasonably fast too using
logic seeking to save time.
Be sure to read the author's README file. He was kind enough to
change the graphics print mode from bidirectional to unidirectional
to enhance graphic output quality.

Were these ever uploaded to PAULY::? Does anyone have them available
on the enet? These look interesting, maybe even better than Wheel
of Fortune. :-)
