How about BACKUP programs ! ! ! ? ? ? ! ! !
I have been using Quick nibble (ver ???) and I have been dtrying
to backup Test drive, Football and afew other games and no dice.
Are there any Backup programs that not deprotect but letyou use
a backup disk. My son just ruined Kings quest and these things
can happen. I hate using original disks.
What are your experiences with back up programs ????

One of the first programs I bought was Maurader II from Discovery
Software. They've had excellent technical assistance and they keep
offering updates (Brain Files) as new titles come out. So far I've
been able to back up all but the very latest (but I expect to be
able to back them up as soon as Discovery sends out their next release)
An interesting note. You cannot back up Araknoids (sp?) with Maurader.
Apparently Taito made them promise that Maurader could never back
it up. However, you can send off $3.00 to Discovery and get a backup
copy. I think that's about the cheapest I've seen 'Backups' offered
for.
