| On the EXTRAS disk for V1.2, the ICON MERGE program is used for
this. What it basically does is that it will merge two icons which
you have created into one, so that the second icon image will appear
after you have selected the first.
The instructions accompanying it will give you more details.

| hmmm... why stop at a primary and alternate icon?
Imagine clicking on an icon, then it animates by flipping thru a
bunch of alternate images. Then runs the program.
Sorry.. been staring at the Ameoba Invaders icon too long
