Does anyone know how to implement an UNDELETE with the DME commands?
Or even better, has anyone tried to produce something similar to
    EDT?

903.4Yet another new version 1.28f now onlineMVCAD3::BAEDERFri Nov 20 1987 08:4614
Well, no sooner do we get the last version on-line, than another
one comes through, with even more neat new features...the version
is now 1.28f, and is online in 2 shar files (usenet way of transmitting
files)...and can be found in mvcad3::user0:[amiga.usenet]dme128f.sh1/2
(1=docs, etc.; 2=uue of the exe file)

If I get pressed (by mail), I could make an arc out of the whole
thing...all the tools to do this on the vaxes exist (copies in the
    [amiga.tools] area...)

    scott.

re.3 sorry, don't know of way to do either, but still like dme
for casual editing, since its so fast!

Re: .4 Thanks for making the new DME available so quickly. It's my
editor of choice for programming. (I never had the chance to have my
mind twisted by EMACS or EMACS. :^)

Re: .3 I tried to put together an EDT "emulator" months ago and
because DME can't (or couldn't at that time) block a part of a line,
I gave up on the idea of Delete/Undelete for "word" and "char". Using
a handy ramdisk I did set it up for "line". Still love the editor,
though. It's fast and robust, and the "iconifying" is worth the
price of admission. (Just wish Matt wouldn't use the right mouse
    button for it.)
