I just purchased laser script from Gold Disk. This software works
with pagesetter and allows you to import various pagesetter documents
and lay them out in any position on a page. You may then print
them to a laser printer or a dot matrix printer with a postscript
driver or just to a file.
I've noticed that dumping a page with just one line of text on that
page will product a 50000 byte postscript file. I'm going to try
shrinking the page to see if that makes a difference.
