The folks who brought us Time Saver have now introduced into the public domain a program called TS. TS picks up where the current Time Saver firmware leaves off. As you Time Saver users probably found out, Timer Saver maintains an accurate time, but it cannot execute a break and pass that time onto the Amiga's internal clock from a cold restart. Time Saver only sets the Amiga clock from a warm reboot. Well, add TS to your WorkBench disk and TS to a line in your startup-sequence, and Time Saver will now set the clock from a cold reboot and will even work if Time Saver is toggled off. The file is available in PAULY"AMIGA"::TIMSAV.ARC It works terrific!

WHERE? If I do a COPY PAULY"AMIGA"::TIMESAV.ARC TIMESAV.ARC I get nothing. Are you sure the filespec is right? Looks like a strange syntax to me. If I try to read the directory, I get No Files Found. Randy | |||||
