Abel Supply has gotten a lot of good recommendations as a source of Amiga
products.  I have found them to be very prompt, and have the lowest price
around.  They have excellent business ethics: You are not charged for a
backordered product until they ship it to you.  This seems to be a very
rare practice.

Orders can be placed by voice during business hours, or by dialing into
their 1200 baud bill board system.

	This may be of interest to residents of the antipodes. I have been doing a few things with sound, and I got to the stage of requiring a sampler! In Sydney the price for Perfect Sound (+ A1000 adapter) is in the region of $300.00. (We tend to pay an arm and a leg for things over here). I phoned ABLE on thursday Morning (18, October) and ordered the following. Perfect Sound 3.0 A1000 adapter. (and asked them to include their price-list). The next day (Friday) I received a call from them just querying a detail on my Mastercard. Yesterday (1, November) a package arrived. (No duty payable!). Total time from order to receipt was two weeks. Total price for above (AU$120.00) Total cost for phone call to US was about au$10.00 In short, the service was great, and the price was great. I would recommend ABLE to anyone! --------------------------------------------------------------------------- BTW. Perfect Sound. Installable on Hard disk - works great - samples from mike (mono) or line-in (stereo). Good editing capabilities. Sound effects built in ( real-time echo and real time delay). Works great - Paul Petterson has already asked for a loan of the hardware! Stan.
