Is anyone offering additional serial port(s) add-ons for the Amiga?

I just recieved the ASDG News letter. It talks about some of
the products they are working on. One project is a Comm board
( Zorro ). The board will have 4 serial lines and a 68008 that
YOU can program to control them. It should be available early June.

Re: .0 I have seen two or three advertisements for additional serial ports, but with one exception, I don't remember any details. I believe the Xpander-II (expander 2?) will support a board with additional serial ports. The Xpander-II is a small two slot expansion cage that takes proprietary (not Zorro) cards. It is sold with one card supplied: a two meg ram card. I do not know if the serial card is shipping yet or if it is vaporware. | |||||
