BlitzFonts is a great new utility that increases all text thruput
by a factor of 2-3. It works on all known software, and provides
some startling speed increases. For example, an AmigaBasic program
of mine took 14 seconds to scroll through. With BlitzFonts installed,
the screen zoomed by in 6 seconds!
A VIP spreadsheet scroll went from 7 seconds to 3.5 seconds.
BlitzFonts even allows the use of custom fonts, but only speeds
up Topaz 8, the default font.
BlitzFonts is a small program that takes up a meager 3k of RAM.
Copy it to your C directory, and add the command 'BLITZFONTS' to
your startup-sequence.
This program is shareware, by the same author of the slick Blitz!
text viewing utility.
