	Many times there have been people suggesting to create a storage,
	for all the available programs etc.. for Amiga, someplace.	
	( The latest pushing hard has been Ora Jaervinen).
	Since nothing has happened, I've decided to make the first move.
	
	Proposal.
	---------
	Almost each of us has its own little 'treasure' within one of its 
	directories. Some of these 'directory' are famous ( who doesn't know 
	   COOKIE::DISK$GZ_DISK:[WECKER .....]    ) some others are almost
	unknown.
	My proposal is: every one structures its directory/ies as better as 
	he can, than posts the directory/ies list on a specific note titled:
		< Directories list >
	On every directory a file README.FIRST must exists , which explains
	the structure under it and possibly contains a list of the whole 
	contents.
	Files posted there should not be removed unless without notice, to
	be posted at least one week in advance.
