I attempted to upload Comm132.arc to the Vax using kermit an
got a error about kermits internal buffer not being able to
handle the file . I assume it is the host kermit .Seeing as it is
an .arc file I'll try xmodem .However any input on the kermit
error would be gratefully received.

re: .0 You probably forgot to tell the VMS kermit that you needed to transfer a non ASCII file, try: $ KERMIT KERMIT-32> set file type binary KERMIT-32> server (or whatever mode you use) You'll get 512 byte fixed length records that won't overflow any buffers. | |||||
