Jay Henderson (Sailboards Caribbean) runs a small MISTRAL rental
and school at the public beach between the Governor's House and
the Plantana Condos. His rates, equipment and quality of instruction
are much better than at the hotels.
Beginners-intermediates have perfect conditions near shore and in
West Bay. Advanced sailors can take short boards out beyond the wall
and dive boats, but be careful, it's an offshore wind and your
water-start skills will be needed! Enjoy, and say "hi" to Jay.
