| well, it's been several years since this note last got hit ... anyone
heard the new Eddies' album (Sacred Cows)? basically trashes a bunch
of xtian pop tunes.
those that are particularly well done include the remake of AA's
"Father's House" (sung by Spot, who sounds like the ranger in Walt
Disney cartoons), Carman's "Satan, Bite the Dust" (TOO perfect), "Baby,
Baby" (the keyboard lead in the middle is a scream) ...
... and possibly my fave, Kim Boyce's "He's Not For Me" - they went
heavy on it and stuffed a vamp from "Rocky Mountain Way" into it.
humor extraordinaire, and some pretty decent (and i daresay
appropriate) renditions.
