    Dan's on vacation, so I am pleading for help from others!
    
        Have a customer who wishes to use peripheral icons in the
        C3 to represent different applications.  He wants to control
        the color of the icons using filters and actions.
    
        Apparently you can use CMUserSendEvent, but he is not having
        any luck getting this to work using Dec C.
    
        Does any have, or can you draft an example of how to do this?
