I am looking for a consultant to deliver one week+ of PCM consulting
to a customer in Garden City, NY (Long Island).
The customer has a new UNIX ASE cluster of 4100s and an AlphaStation
255 to run PCM. They are running PCM 1.6 on UNIX 4.0 on the 255 and
(no) surprise, it doesn't work. They are awaiting an early release
CD of 1.7 from CA.
I heard this morning from a Norma Donahue at CA that the early
release CD should be shipping within the next two weeks. CA told me
"within two weeks" back in April... :-(
The customer will be receiving a second cluster (8400/4100), to run a
different application, within the next few days.
We need to get PCM 1.6 running before the 1.7 CD from CA shows up.
Whether that means downgrading the 255 to 3.2 or something else
remains to be seen. We also need to get the new cluster plugged in to
PCM.

He manages the relevant NSIS group with these skills.
