    Hi,
    
     I'm running PCM V1.6 w/eco 1 on a 1000A running UNIX V3.2G.
     I'm seeing an error while shooting my display to a AlphaStation
     255 also running UNIX V3.2G.
    
     The error occurs every few hours with the following message:
    
     IO: fatal IO error 32 (Broken Pipe) on X Server caas01:0.0 after
         10908 requests with 0 events remaining. The connection was
         probably broken by a server shutdown or killclient.
    
     I've tried changing the TPair cable w/o any luck. I have 2 PCM
     engines and each system displays the same type of error when
     the C3 is displayed on the workstation. Any idea what is causing
     this to happen? Thanks.
