Hi,

I have a customer running UNIX 3.2 with PCM 1.6. Previously, non-root users
could not start the C3 interface.  Patch  V1.6-311 was applied and this problem
was solved. Now, when attempting to add a new user using the Configuration
Editor Motif interface, the following occurs: 

nevcs3> console -e
Please wait, starting process in background ...
nevcs3> X Toolkit Warning: Urm__FetchLiteral: Cannot find literal 'CM_K_HelpTopi
c_00_Text' - MrmNOT_FOUND

from Configuration Editor GUI:

Edit -> User -> Create -> enter user name -> OK 

application immediately crashes with memory fault and core dumps

This same functionality works fine using the character cell interface (console
-E). 
Should ECO DCROSF162 have been applied before the V1.6-311 patch? Any other
suggestions??
