Hi,
Can anyone advise me where I can obtain an SPD for the latest
version of PCM in the U.K. for a customer (BT) who plans to
upgrade his VCS in the near future.
Any help is greatly appreciated,

Andy,
If you do a DIR CSC32::PCM$DOCS: you will find a Digital SPD. CA
has their own form of product description but I do not have it. Also,
when Digital owned the product, VCS warranty customers could upgrade to PCM
for free. I do not know if CA has the same policy.
