1472.0. "PCM v1.6-311 ACCVIO PC=807C3240" by CHEFS::HATT (Wait a minute you're not Miss Jackson......!) Thu Jan 23 1997 10:35
Hello,
I have just upgraded to 311 and have found that C3 windows are
disappearing. The log file always has the same error;
%SYSTEM-F-ACCVIO, access violation, reason mask=00, virtual address=00000024,
PC
=807C3240, PS=0000001
This always seems to happen when the screen is not in use!
Any ideas?

| I have a feeling that your customer is running an archive and
at least one line controller and the C3's are dying. So do a show sys
and see if all the line controllers are up. If so then this is a known
issue and NSI is supposed to have a fix in the V1.6-312 build that
will be available soon hopefully.
Regs,
Dan
